• 1.5 pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup freshly grated good Parmesan cheese ( best cheese = best flavor = best meatloaf), plus a little extra for topping
  • 2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden basil herb blend (in a tube)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 5 scallions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce or ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Pam nonstick spray

Ground turkey is such a great use of lean protein. Not only is it better for you, has less calories and fat but it also embraces flavors.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine all ingredients, place in a greased loaf pan, cover and cook for 55 minutes and then uncover and great a little more cheese on top and cook for five minutes. Enjoy!
