Congratulations to, Amy Warren, of Wake Forest, NC! You are the winner! Enjoy! ~Elise
Imagine your family and friends gathered around the warmth of a campfire, whether it be deep in the woods or in the comfort of your own backyard. The light of the fireflies and the sound of the chirping crickets add to the ambiance of the night while everyone is enjoying a fun game of Figure It Out and the taste of delicious Pineapple Cobblers. How about an afternoon with the kids in the kitchen preparing Fake Out Foods like Buttered Corn on the Cob which is actually made of jelly beans?
Yesterday while taping the next four Cooking with Elise at Home segments, my dear friend, Lori Ferguson, encourager and fellow blogger of Encourage Your Spouse, announced that I had 990 likes on my Cooking with Elise page. She giggled as I rejoiced and then commented that my reaction reminded her of the first time I realized someone was following me! I cherish the thought that my recipes, tips, mistakes (or opportunities to learn as I like to call them) and humor have encouraged families to get into the kitchen and make memories together!
My goal this month is to reach 1,000 likes on the Cooking with Elise facebook page and to increase the traffic and comments on the Cooking with Elise website. To celebrate this upcoming milestone, one winner will be randomly chosen on Thursday, June 30, 2011 to win a really neat and fun set of six family-friendly cookbooks. Please help me reach this month’s goal! You can read all about each cookbook below.

Thanks so much, Jessica!!
We have been doing a new “cooking fresh” segment on our blog so all the books would be so fun in helping us create new dishes as a family!
Stopping by from Mom Loop Friday!
Hi Jessica! Thanks for stopping by! Can’t wait to take a look at your cooking fresh segment!
I remember that day too! I think it was Thanksgiving when Alex set up that account. You were so psyched when it happened & we all logged on to follow you! Your reaction was priceless. Still makes me smile thinking about it.
Would love to add these nest-sounding books to my cookbook collection. Love your fb posts. Keep coming with them!
Should be NEAT-sounding. I think I need to do a better job of proof reading!
Shared your link on my facebook page Elise. We’ll be doing some camping soon and I’m tired of the same few meals we do while camping. Would love some new kid-friendly campfire meal ideas. Great idea for a giveaway!
