• 4 to 5 cups of watermelon (seeded and cubed)
  • 1 to 1 - 1/2 cups of water, as needed
  • Agave nectar to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes to serve

For a recent media appearance with my favorite wholesale club, BJ’s, I created this refreshing and d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s watermelon drink! The anchors at FOX 8 in Greensboro, Brad and Cindy just loved it!

In a blender, pulse the watermelon cubes and lemon juice using a little water at a time to puree.  Use only as much water as needed.

Handy Tip: Pulse the watermelon in batches or you and your kitchen will get very dirty! I learned this from experience! ha!

Pour drink into chilled glasses, add agave nectar to taste and garnish with a sliver of watermelon. A watermelon can be used as a pitcher!
