I love to serve this delicious snack at my Christmas gatherings or give as a gift. It looks so pretty laid in a Christmas tin lined with parchment or wax paper. I like include a cellophane bag filled with cookies, too! Try making the Melt in Your Mouth Butter Cookies to go with it!

One ball makes about 2 cups

1-8-ounce pkg. cream cheese
½ c. butter, softened
¼ tsp. vanilla
¾ c. confectioner’s sugar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
¾ c. mini chocolate chips
Zest of two oranges
1 cup Ghiradelli semi-sweet chocolate shavings

Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Let sit covered in refrigerator for 2 hours. Add confectioners, brown sugar and chips. Using plastic wrap, form a ball and roll into chocolate shavings. Serve with cookies and fruit like raspberries and strawberries.
