So our beloved Patriots did not win yesterday’s championship game, will not be advancing to the Superbowl and watching was nor nearly as much fun as it would had they won. Our family however had a blast enjoying the nacho bar I set up for us. It’s all about family togetherness and good food, right?

That’s what I told my hubby as he sat quietly in his comfy chair sporting a disappointing look on his face. Bless his heart.

The nacho bar was a big hit though! It may have looked like a mess, but believe me, it was delicious!

The homemade cheese sauce and pico de gallo took this nacho bar to the next level.

There was something for everyone. Of course, you know me. I had to have everything. Everything.

This fresh melon salad with a yummy citrus dressing was a refreshing dessert.

In love BJ’s Wholesale Clubs’ produce department. That’s where I found peeled and sliced Del Monte melons. Talk about making it easy for you.

Here’s how easy this is to make. Please, don’t blink because you might miss something:

In a bowl whisk together lime zest and juice, orange zest and juice and the agave nectar. Place the fruit in the bow and toss. Get a fork ready and dig in – GUILTFREE!
