- 2 boxes Rozzano organic Spinach and Cheese Ravioli, cooked
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced thinly into 2 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup Pacific organic chicken broth
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
After a busy day, I whipped up this meal with the help of my favorite wholesale club, BJ’s in no time. My hubby loved it and we couldn’t believe how easy it was. Hope your family will love it, too!
In a non-stick skillet, saute chicken breasts in olive oil until nicely browned. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for about two minutes, stirring constantly as not to burn the garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Add spinach and chicken broth. Cover for about three minutes.
To serve: Place fresh spinach on a plate, then a few pieces of ravioli. Spoon chicken, spinach and sauce over the ravioli. Freshly grate a little Parmesan cheese over the top and enjoy!
