- 1/2 cup creamy reduced fat peanut butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 8 oz. reduced fat or fat free sour cream
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
