• 1/2 cup creamy reduced fat peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 8 oz. reduced fat or fat free sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
