Raita, a flavorful cucumber yogurt sauce, is the perfect accompaniment to many spicy dishes. A cool and welcomed contrast to spicy dishes like Shrimp or Chicken Tikka Masala, Raita not only cools your palate, but wakes up your senses.
A simpler recipe there could not be, combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
My Raita, served with Chicken Tikka Masala and a side of Aromatic Basmati Rice, steals the show at the Meals on Wheels Chef’s Challenge.
