• 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons Spanish olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garden Gourmet Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garden Gourmet Cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

In a broiler pan, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, cilantro and cayenne pepper. Break or cut apart the florets and add to the mixture. Toss to coat and bake for ten minutes or until crispy.
