• 12 to 18 small new potatoes, cleaned and halved
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh peas
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 tablespoons Spanish olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Garden Gourmet Garlic or 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

A simply and delicious side dish, Batatas andar Guisante com Coentro or Potatoes and Peas with Cilantro is a great accompaniment to many Spanish meals.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine butter, olive oil, paprika, cilantro, salt and pepper in a broiler pan and mix. Add potatoes and peas and toss to coat.

Bake for 15 minutes turning once until tender inside adn crispy outside!
