Chocolate Wine Sauce

1/3 c. Hatteras Red Wine, Duplin Winery

1 c. semisweet chocolate chips

½ c. half and half

1 Tbsp. salted butter

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

4 Tbsp. agave nectar or light brown sugar

¼ tsp. kosher salt

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Pinch of nutmeg

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cook on low until melted and incorporated.  The glossy color is just beautiful!
