The easiest green bean side you could hope for, this recipe packs a flavor punch. It’s not in the quantity but in the quality.
1 lb. fresh green beans, tips removed, cleaned and dry
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
6 cloves of garlic, sliced
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Zest of one lemon
Simply heat your olive oil in a large skillet. Place garlic slices in and stir until crispy, but not over browned. Remove garlic and set aside. Place dry green beans in the pan with the infused olive oil. Cook for five minutes or until tender, but still a bit crisp. Remove from oil, salt and pepper to taste and add your garlic crisps! Delicious!!
