2 eggs
1/2 c. agave nectar
1/4 c. pure maple syrup
1/3 c. canola oil
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. milk
2 c. King Arthur unbleached all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. crystallized ginger, finely chopped
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 c. chopped dates

Spiced Glaze

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

In a large bowl mix together eggs, agave nectar, maple syrup, oil, and pumpkin.

In a medium bowl combine flour, crystallized ginger, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg salt, and dates. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined.

Pour mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow bread to cool before removing from loaf pan.

While your bread cools, prepare your Spiced Glaze:

Combine powdered sugar, ginger and cinnamon and mix. When bread is cool enough to remove from pan, place on a wire rack with a plate underneath (this will catch any glaze that falls off of your bread). Drizzle glazes all over the top of your bread. Adorn your bread with pumpkin seeds. Be patient, if you can, and allow the bread to set up and then ENJOY!
