12 oz pkg fresh cranberries
1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
1 onion, diced
1/4 jalapeno pepper
Zest and juice of one orange
2 cloves of garlic, grated
1 tbsp. ginger, grated
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. agave nectar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. each ground ginger, garlic powder, ground allspice, and ground cloves
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
simply place all of you ringredients ina pot and bring to a boil; simmer until thickened about 15 minutes.
